Blogging is amazing. Anyone can just blog even if he/she don’t know how to write. But when you think about it—–is blogging really about writing? Do you really need to be a great writer? If blogging is not concerned about writing then why bother about the rules of writing? Writing… apparently is a small word yet contains the depths of oceans in it. They say, ‘Like stones, words are laborious and unforgiving, and the fitting of them together, like the fitting of stones, demands great patience and strength of purpose and particular skill.’ I, by no means, consider myself capable enough to possess this specific skill.
I came across a post that says “reading does not improve writing” I don’t necessarily object to it but in my experience-I would say otherwise. I’d bluntly tell you that “reading improves writing.” I could not write well if I don’t have ideas from what I read everywhere. Or I would not learn how organization and structure of thoughts create and unite a cohesive idea in a way that captivates the interest of readers. Its the practice that refines ones ability to write or to explore the ideas. One has to write and write and write, as “great musicians practice playing their instrument, “As for me, reading improves writing too. READING is the only technique that I employ which I find very helpful in my profession. READING inspires me to write. READING undoubtedly helps me to become a better writer. READING is a great source of knowledge. READING inspires me to write blogs, Its an exploration for me.
